Typical HVAC positions are as follows:

HVAC/R Service Technician:

Service Technician will use company vehicle to visit service locations and provide service within NYC & Westchester.

Requirements:  

• Minimum 5 Years HVAC/R Field Experience.

• EPA Certification

• Valid & Clean NYS Drivers License

• Must Have Own Hand Tools & Gauges.

• Must Have Professional Appearance, Strong Written & Verbal Communication, & Customer Service Skills

Must Have Experience and Understanding of the following equipment: Residential & Commercial Central Air & Split Air Conditioning Systems, Heating Systems (Furnaces & Boilers), Package Units, Ductless Split Systems, Heat Pumps, Water Cooled Systems, Cooling Towers, Chillers, PTAC Units, Ice Machines, Walk in Freezers & Coolers, and Refrigeration display cases.

Repair & Knowledge Abilities to include the following:

• Knowledge of Control Wiring, Installation, and System Controls. 
• Read Blueprints and Wiring Diagrams. 
• Installation of Refrigeration Piping.
• Install Chilled, Condenser, and Hot Water Piping.
• Change out parts and Compressor Replacements.
